We work closely with you to ensure the apprenticeship suits the job role and meets your needs. The apprentice must be employed by your company, with most training conducted on-the-job with a mentor. Off-the-job training varies and can include day release or training away from the workplace. Upon completion, apprentices must meet industry standards.

Recruitment Process
- Introductory meeting to discuss training needs
- Promoting the apprenticeship vacancy
- Shortlisting and initial interviews
- Signing up the apprentice, discussing duration, expectations, and conducting a health and safety assessment
